Programs Currently Running 

F.O.W foundation of Hope currently runs a series of programs decided to help support, educate, and advance the well being of BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, persons of colour) women and girls. All of or current running programs will be listed here. Active Courses/Programs

1. Anger Management- This course will help in understanding different types of anger, signs of anger and techniques to overcome anger.

2. Co-Parenting - This course will help in providing parents with the tools, strategies and necessary insights to navigate the challenges of co-parenting in a healthy and supportive way.

3. Resume-writing – This course will teach formatting, structure, body and content helpful in writing a resume.

 

4. Holistic Wellness - This course will aim in complementary and alternative healthcare, focusing on a whole-body approach to health and well-being. These Additionally, some aspects like aromatherapy, craniosacral therapy, reflexology will also be discussed during this course.

5. Dress for Success – This program not only helps an individual with proper dress sense for an interview but also helps in grooming and confidence.
